| 摘 要： | 目的探讨针刺结合穴位注射在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的疗效。方法观察腰椎间盘突出症患者52例，随机分为治疗组30例和对照组22例，治疗组采用针刺和药物穴位注射联合治疗，对照组单纯采用针刺治疗。结果治疗2个疗程后，两组总有效率相比较，穴位注射配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症明显优于单纯针刺疗法。结论针刺结合药物穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症，比单纯用针刺治疗疗效提高许多。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the treatment effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection in treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 52 cases with lumbar disc herniation were observed, and they were ran- domly divided into the treatment group with 30 cases and the control group with 22 cases. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture combined with acupoint injection and the control group was treated only by acupuncture ther- apy. Results After two courses of treatment, compared to the total treatment effect of the simple acupuncture therapy, the treatment effect of acupoint injection combined with acupuncture was much more prominent. Conclusion It is more effective to treat lumbar disc herniation with the method of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection of medicine than the simple acupuncture therapy. |
