胆囊、胆总管结石疾病微创治疗的效果分析

摘    要:目的探讨胆囊、胆总管结石疾病的微创治疗效果。方法选择胆囊、胆总管结石疾病患者280例,根据手术处理方法的不同分为治疗组20例与对照组260例,两组都采用内镜技术与外科手术联合治疗,其中治疗组采用微创腹腔镜胆囊切除术。结果所有患者手术成功,无死亡病例;治疗组手术时间、排气时间与住院时间明显少于对照组(P〈0.05)。对照组术后ALT与AST值都有明显提高(P〈0.05),而治疗组只有ALT有明显波动(P〈0.05)。结论胆囊、胆总管结石疾病微创治疗有更好的效果,对于肝功能的影响小,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effects of minimally invasive treatment in cholecystolithiasis, choledocholithiasis. Methods Two hundred and eighty cases of cholecystolithiasis, eholedocholithiasis were divided into treatment group of 20 cases and control group of 260 cases depending on the surgical treatment, both groups were given endoscopic tech- niques and surgical organic combination therapy, and treatment group was given minimally invasive laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results All surgery of patients were successful, and there was no deaths; however, the operative time, exhaust time and length of hospital stay of treatment group was significantly less than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). The postoperative ALT and AST of control group improved significantly (P 〈 0.05), and only ALT had significant fluc- tuations in treatment group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of minimally invasive treatment in eholeeystolithiasis, choledoeholithiasis is better, it has little affect on liver function, it is worthy of clinical application.
