CT扫描对结肠癌的诊断价值

目的探讨CT对结肠癌的诊断价值及分期。方法回顾性分析21例经结肠镜和（或）手术病理证实的结肠癌的CT征像。结果结肠癌的主要CT表现为不规则肿块，肠壁增厚，肠腔狭窄，增强不均匀强化，肠外浸润及转移。CT分期：I期1例，Ⅱ期6例，ⅢA期10例，ⅢB期2例，Ⅳ期2例。结论CT对发现病变，确定癌肿范围。有无邻近组织及脏器累及，有无远处转移有其独特的优越性，并能根据CT征像作出简便的分期，为临床制定手术方案提供参考依据。

Diagnostic value of CT for colon carcinoma

Objective To investigate the value of CT in the diagnosis and periodization of colon cancer. Methods CT images were retrospectively reviewed in 21 cases of colon cancer confirmed by colonoscopy and/or operation and pathology. Results The main CT appearances of colon cancer concluded irregular mass, thick rectal wall, rectal cavity stenosis, unequally enhanced after enhancement scan, extraintestinal infiltration and metastasis. CT periodization： 1 case was in stage I, 6 cases were in stage Ⅲ, 10 cases were in stage Ⅲ A, 2 cases were in stage Ⅲ B, and 2 cases were in stage IV. Conclusion CT has unique superiority in detection of lesions, cancer range determination, neighboring tissues and organs invasion, distant metastasis. And according to CT syndrome, simple periodization can be made. It can provide reference for formulating the clinical operation scheme.
