急诊内镜治疗非静脉曲张眭上消化道出血的临床效果观察

目的研究急诊内镜治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床效果。方法选取2011年3月～2012年3月在本院确诊为非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的100例患者资料，将其分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组50例患者采用急诊内镜检查治疗，对照组50例患者采用择期内镜检查治疗，对比两组止血有效率。结果治疗组止血有效率为96．00％，对照组止血有效率为86．00％，治疗组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用急诊内镜治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血，可有效检测上消化道出血病因，降低再出血发生，降低患者死亡率，对于治疗有指导意义，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect observation of emergency endoscopic treatment in nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Objective To study clinical effect of emergency endoscopic treatment in non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods One hundred cases of patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 were diagnosed, and all the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 patients of treatment group were given emergency endoscopic examination and treatment, 50 patients of control group were given elective period microscope examination and treatment, pathogenesis and hemostasis effect of two groups were observed. Results The hemostatic efficiency rate of treatment group （96.00%） was higher than the control group （86.00%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Emergency endoscopic treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding can effectively detect upper gastrointestinal bleeding pathogenesis reduce the incidence of re-bleeding, reduce mortality of patients, has guiding significance for treatment, it is worthy of promotion.
