急性冠脉综合征患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平的变化

目的研究急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平的变化。方法选取2010年6月．2012年6月于本院心内科住院的105例患者作为ACS组，另选取同期本院心内科稳定性心绞痛（SA）患者60例作为SA组，再选取同期于本院进行体检的健康者60例作为对照组，分别测定各组患者的血清Hey水平。结果ACS组105例患者血清Hey为（44．56±3．58）μmol／L，SA组60例患者Hey为（26．85±4．17）μmol／L，对照组60例患者Hey为（13．67±3．91）μmol／L。ACS组Hey水平较SA组高，SA组Hey水平较对照组高。结论急性冠脉综合征患者血清同犁半胱氡酸水平较正常要高．可作为该疾病预测的一个指标．

Varied levels of serum homocysteine in patients with acute coronary syndrome

Objective To study the varied levels of serum homocysteine （Hcy） in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS）. Methods One hundred and five patients admitted into department of cardiology in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 were selected as ACS group. At the same period, 60 patients in our department suffered from stable angina （SA） were categorized into SA group and another 60 healthy peoples after physical examinations in our hospital were chosen as control group. The serum Hey levels in each group were determined respectively. Results The values of Hcy in ACS group, SA group, and control group were （44.56±3.58） μmol/L, （26.85±4.17） μmol/L, and （13.67±3.91） μmol/L in turn. The Hcy level in ACS group was higher than that of SA group which was higher than the control group. Conclusion The level of serum Hey in patients with ACS is generally higher than the normal value, which can be considered as an index for prediction of the disease.
