有限内固定治疗胫骨远端Pilon骨折的临床疗效观察

目的探讨有限内固定治疗胫骨远端Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析48例胫骨远端Pilon骨折患者，经采取胫骨远端有限内固定，统计术后的治疗疗效。结果所有患者均得到了随访，随访11-24个月，平均16．6个月；4例患者发生浅表皮肤感染，经过换药后愈合；优22例（45．83％），良16例（33．33％），可8例（16．67％），差2例（4．17％），优良率为79．17％。结论有限内固定治疗胫骨远端Pilon骨折的效果较好，操作简单、有效，愈合效果明显，术后并发症少，安全可靠性高。

Observation on the clinical effect of limited internal fixation in .treatment of distal tibia Piion fracture

Objective To explore the clinical effect of limited internal fixation in treatment of distal tibia Pilon frac- ture. Methods Forty-eight cases with distal tibia Pilon fractures were retrospectively analyzed, they were treated with limited internal fixation, then the postoperative treatment efficacy were statisticed. Results All patients were given fol- low-up, the follow-up time were 11-24 months, the average of 16.6 months; 4 cases happened with superficial skin infection, they was healing after changing medicine, the excellent were 22 of cases （45.83%）, good in 16 cases （33.33%）, passable in 8 cases （16.67%）, poor in 2 cases （4.17%）, and the optimal and good rate was 79.17%. Conclusion The effect of limited internal fixation for distal tibia Pilon fracture is good, and it has the characteristics of simple, effec- tive, healing effect, less postoperative complications, safe, high reliability.
