醒脑静联合舒血宁治疗多发梗死性痴呆醮临床效果观察

目的 探讨多发梗死性痴呆（MID）应用醒脑静联合舒血宁治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院2009年1月～2011年12月136例多发梗死性痴呆患者，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组68例，研究组给予醒脑静联合舒血宁治疗，对照组给予舒血宁并吡拉西坦治疗，观察两组临床治疗效果，使用智能精神状态量表（MMSE）、智力量表（HDS）、日常生活能力检测量表（ADL）对两组效果进行评价。结果研究组治疗后显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组，研究组MMSE、HDS评分明显高于对照组，ADL改善明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论多发梗死性痴呆应用醒脑静联合舒血宁治疗效果明显．值得临床推广

Clinical effects observation of Xingnaojing Injection combined with Shuxuening in treatment of multiple multi-infarct dementia

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Xingnaojing combined with Shuxuening in treatment of multiple infarction dementia （MID）. Methods One hundred and thirty-six cases of MID patients from January 2009 to December 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group, 68 cases in each group, study group was given Xingnaojing combined with Shuxuening treatment, control group was given Shuxuening injection and Piracetam treatment, clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were observed and mental state scale （MMSE）, intelligence scale （HDS）, ability of daily living scale （ADL） were used to evaluate treatment effect. Results The significant effective rate and total effective rate of study group were higher than control group, MMSE, HDS scores of study group were higher than those in control group, ADL improvement was significantly better than control group. Conclusion Effect of Xingnaojing combined with Shuxuening in treatment of MID is obvious, it is worthy of clinical application.
