抚触疗法在新生儿神经系统发育中的临床应用研究

目的:探讨抚触疗法在新生儿神经系统发育中的临床应用价值。方法:选取在深圳市妇幼保健院产科分娩足月正常新生儿178例随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组新生儿采用抚触疗法,对照组新生儿则进行随意活动,分别对两组新生儿神经行为评分情况和发育商改善情况进行比较分析。结果:与对照组相比,研究组新生儿的可安慰性、前臂弹回、手握持等神经行为评分情况均显著改善,并且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组新生儿的交往、语言、大运动、精细运动的发育商数均明显提高,并且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抚触疗法对于促进新生儿神经系统的生长发育具有积极的现实意义,适于临床应用和推广。

Clinical application research of massage therapy in the nervous system developing of newborns

Objective:To explore clinical application value of massage therapy in the nervous system developing of newborns.Methods:From December 2011 to December 2012,178 full-term normal newborns were selected and divided into study group and control group randomly.The newborn in study group were took massage therapy.The newborn in control group were took casual activities.The neonatal behavioral neurological conditions and developmental quotient improving situation were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with control group,the scores of neurological behavior of comfort,bounce forearm and hand held in study group were improved significantly,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the scores of developmental quotient of communication,language,gross motor and fine motor in study group were improved significantly,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage therapy has positive and practical significance to promote the growth and development of the neonatal nervous system.It is suitable for clinical application and promotion.
