句橼酸莫沙必利联合埃索美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病临床疗效观察

目的观察枸橼酸莫沙必利联合埃索美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病（GERD）的临床疗效，总结其治疗经验。方法选择2010年8月～2012年8月本院收治的GERD患者120例，依据随机对照原则分为观察组（60例）与对照组（60例），观察组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利联合埃索美拉唑进行治疗，对照组采用埃索美拉唑治疗，分别在治疗4周及8周后复查消化内镜，同时观察临床症状的改善情况。结果两组患者均顺利完成治疗，无严重不良反应发生，治疗4周及治疗8周后观察组的总有效率均高于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论枸橼酸莫沙必利联合埃索美拉唑对于治疗GERD具有较好的临床疗效，同时不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of esomeprazole combined with mosapride citrate in treat- ment of gastroesophageal reflux disease

Objective To observe the clinical effect of esomeprazole combined with mosapride citrate in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD） and summarize the experience of this treatment. Methods A total of 120 cases of GERD patients in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2012 were randomly divided into 2 groups： exper- iment group （n = 60）, control group （n = 60）. All patients in experiment group were treated with esomeprazole combined with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets and the patients in the control group were treated with esomeprazole only. The clinical outcomes and endoscopy were observed and analyzed after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment. Results All pa- tients in the two groups finished the treatment successfully with no adverse reactions. After the 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, the effective rates of experiment group were higher than that of control group, there was significant differ- ence （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of esomeprazole combined with mosapride citrate has a good clinical effect in GERD with less adverse reactions. This treatment is deserved to be used in clinic widely.
