腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床分析

目的对应用腹腔镜技术治疗合并胆总管结石的胆囊结石患者的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取92例合并胆总管结石的胆囊结石患者病例，将其分为对照组和治疗组，每组46例。采用开腹胆囊切除与胆总管切开取石两种术式联合对对照组患者实施治疗；采用腹腔镜胆囊切除与胆总管切开取石两种术式联合对治疗组患者进行治疗。结果治疗组患者胃肠道功能恢复时间、肛门排气时间和住院接受治疗时间明显短于对照组；结石病灶控制效果明显优于对照组；结石症状复发率明显低于对照组。结论应用腹腔镜技术对合并患有胆总管结石的胆囊结石患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Clinical analysis on laparascopic management for patients with both gallbladder and common bile dust stones

Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect on laparascopic management for patients with both gallbladder and common bile dust stones. Methods Ninety-two patients with both gallbladder and common bile dust stones were selected and divided into control group and treatment group, 46 cases were in each. The patients in control were treated by both open cholecystectomy and choledocholithotomy, whereas others in treatment group were used both laparoscopic cholecysteetomy and laparoscopic choledocholithotomy. Results Time of resumption of gastrointestinal function, flatus time and hospital stay of observation group was obviously shorter than that of control group. The control effect of stone lesion and recurrence rate of symptoms were superior to that of control group. Conclusion It has the excellent clinical effect of using laparascopic treatment of patients with both gallbladder and common bile dust stones.
