腹腔镜与开腹手术行子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效比较

目的探讨腹腔镜手术与开腹手术剔除子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法将收治患者分为治疗组和对照组，将行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的55例患者列为治疗组，行开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的51例患者列为对照组：对治疗组和对照组术中情况及术后恢复情况进行观察，并应用SPSS16．0统计软件进行比较分析。结果治疗组手术时间比对照组长（P〈0．05），两组术中出血量比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；而治疗组术后下床活动时间、排气时间及住院天数比对照组明显缩短（P〈0．05），术后热病率少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤具有手术创伤小、术后并发症发生率极低、术后住院时间短，患者恢复快等优点，是一种较为理想的微创性手术治疗方式。

Comparative study of the clinical effects of laparoscope and laparotomy for myomectomy ,,

Objective To probe into the clinical effects of laparoscope and laparotomy for myomectomy. Methods The patients admitted by our hospital were divided into treatment group and control group. 55 patients used ：laparoscope were listed in treatment group, and 51 cases used laparotomy for myomectomy were listed in control group. Intraopera- tive conditions and postoperative recovery were made observation, and SPSS 16.0 statistical software was used to make comparative analysis. Results More operation time was needed by the treatment group with laparoseope than the con- trol group （P 〈 0.05）. There was no statistical significance of the difference in amount of bleeding between two groups （P 〉 0.05）; Ambulation time after operation, exhaust time and hospital stays of treatment group were shortened obvi- ously by comparing with control group （P 〈 0.05）; Fever rate after operation was less than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Myomectomy under laparoscope has many advantages including smaller surgical trauma, lower inci- dence rate of postoperative complication, shorter hospital stays after operation and more quick recovery. It is a more ideal minimally invasive surgical treatment.
