| 摘 要： | 目的分析肝部分切除联合手术治疗肝胆管结石的临床效果。方法抽取90例肝胆管结石患者，将其分为对照组和观察组，每组45例。对照组患者实施传统开放手术治疗；观察组患者实施肝部分切除联合手术治疗。结果观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组；手术时间和术后恢复时间明显短于对照组，复发率和不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论应用肝部分切除联合手术方式对肝胆管结石患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of partial hepatectomy combined surgery in the treatment of patients with hepatic calculus. Methods Ninety patients with hepatic calculus were divided into control group and observation group, with 45 patients in each group. The control group was given traditional open surgery and observation group was given partial hepatectomy combined surgery. Results The total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than control group, operative time and postoperative recovery time were obviously shorter than control group, and recurrence rate and intra-treatment adverse reaction rate were lower than control group. Conclusion Partial hepateetomy combined surgery has obvious clinical effect in the treatment of patients with hepatic calculus. |
