老年期眼底动脉硬化相关因素探讨

目的 研究老年期眼底动脉硬化的相关因素。方法选择本院2010年1月～2012年1月1000例60岁以上老年期人群为研究对象。检测其血压、血糖、血脂水平，分析患者一般资料和血脂、血糖、血压3项临床指标与眼底动脉硬化的关系。结果不同年龄患者眼底动脉硬化的患病率和严重程度有显著差别，且眼底动脉硬化的发生率与年龄增长呈现一定正比关系（P〈0．05）；男性发病率高于女性，体型正常较体型偏瘦或偏胖者发病率低（P〈0．05）；炯龄越长者，动脉硬化发生率越高（P〈0．05）。血压、血糖和血脂水平与眼底动脉硬化的发生率显著相关（P〈0．05）。结论与老年期患者眼底动脉硬化相关的各项因素为年龄、性别、体质量指数、炯史以及血压、血脂、血糖水平，提醒患者放松精神，注意合理饮食，不吸烟，并适当进行锻炼活动可在一定程度上改善硬化状况。

Methods One thousand cases of sixty years old age were chosen from January 2010 to January 2012 as the research object, the blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipid level were detected, the relations of general material of patients and three clinical indicators of blood fat, blood glucose, blood pressure with fundus hardening of the arteries were analyzed. Results The prevalence of eyeground arteriosclerosis in Different age Patients and severity had significant differences, and eyeground arteriosclerosis incidence had certain proportional relations with age growth （P 〈 0.05）; Incidence of men was higher than women, the type of normal with lean body or partial fat person had low incidence （P 〈 0.05）; The longer age smoked, the higher the incidence of atheroselerosis （P 〈 0.05）. Blood pressure, blood sugar and lipid levels had significant correlation with the incidence of retinal arteriosclerosis （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Related various factors to patients with old age for eyeground arteriosclerosis are age, sex, body mass index, smoke history, blood pressure, blood fat, blood sugar level, reminding patients relax spirit, paying attention to the reasonable diet, no smoking, and appropriating exercise activi- ties can improve the hardening condition in a certain extent.
