精神病患者院内感染分析

目的探讨精神患者院内感染的原因及其预防措施，为降低院内感染率提供参考依据。方法本院2011年1月～2012年9月共接收诊治4504例精神患者。对其临床资料进行分析。结果所有患者中有145例出现院内感染，感染率为3．22％。其中，呼吸道感染100例，胃肠道感染36例，分别占感染人数的68．97％、24．83％。院内感染与多种因素相关，其中呼吸道感染与疾病种类及抗精神病的治疗密切相关。结论精神病患者院内感染率较高，与患者的病情程度、医院的管理方式、药物的应用等多种因素有关，应采取严格有效的预防措施以降低感染率。

The analyse of nosocomial infection from mental patients

Objective To explore the reason and prevention of nosocomial infection from mental patients, in order to provide refernce for reducing the rate of nosocomial infection. Methods Four thousand five hundred and four mental patients were treated in our hospital during January 2011 to September 2012, and the clinical material was analyzed. Results There were 145 cases in the nosocomial infection, the infection rate was 3.22%, among in which 100 patients with respiratory tract infection, 36 cases with gastrointestinal tract infection, the rate of infection were 68.97% and 24.83% respectively. Nosocomial infection had a variety of factors, and the respiratory infections were related with dis- eases and the treatment of antipsychotic. Conclusion The mental patient nosoeomial infection rate is high, and ralated with the illness degree of patient, the hospital management mode, the application of medicines and so on, So we should take strict and effective preventive measures to reduce the infection rate.
