实时三维超声心动图评价经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者左心局部功能及同步性

目的通过实时三维超声心动图评价急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入（PCI）术后供血心肌节段的功能及同步性。方法选取46例急性心肌梗死患者进行实时三维超声心动图检查，应用QLab软件进行脱机分析，测量PCI治疗前、后左心室局部心功能，并获得17节段的容积-时间曲线。结果与术前相比，PCI术后部分节段局部舒张末容积（REDV）减小，各节段局部收缩末容积（RESV）均减小，REF均有所增加，Tmsv-6-SD％、Tmsv-16-SD％、Tmsv-12-Dif％及Tmsv-16-Dif％均减低（P均〈0．05）。结论PCI术后，通过实时三维超声心动图测量左心室局部功能及同步性，能够准确评价其疗效。

Evaluation on left ventricular systolic function and synchronicity with real-time three-dimensional echocardiography after percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective To evaluate the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) on left ventricular (LV) systolic regional function and synchronicity in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) using real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE). Methods RT-3DE was performed in 46 patients with AMI before and after PCI, and the regional eject fraction (REF) and 17 segmental volume-time curves (VTC) were obtained by QLab software. Results Compared with those of preoperation, regional end diastolic volume (REDV) in some LV regional decreased, regional end systolic volume (RESV) decreased and REF increased, while Tmsv-6-SD%, Tmsv-16-SD%, Tmsv-12-Dif% and Tmsv-16-Dif% decreased after PCI (all P<0.05). Conclusion Through measuring LV regional systolic function and synchronicity, RT-3DE can evaluate the effect of PCI effectively.
