超小水囊联合米索前列醇直肠给药对足月妊娠分娩的影响

目的探讨超小水囊联合米索前列醇直肠给药对足月妊娠分娩的影响。方法将305例足月妊娠需计划分娩的孕妇随机分为观察组99例，对照组（1）96例，对照组（2）110例。观察组给予超小水囊联合米索前列醇直肠用药，对照组（1）给予单纯米索前列醇直肠用药，对照组（2）给予0．5％催产素静脉滴注。比较3组孕妇宫颈成熟度的效果及对产程、分娩方式、母儿并发症的影响。结果观察组宫颈成熟度Bishop评分提高值大于2个对照组，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05；临产发动时间短于2个对照组，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05；观察组的总产程、剖宫产率与对照组（1）比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05，但二者与对照组（2）比较差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05；3组在产后出血量、新生儿窒息方面比较差异无统计学意义。结论超小水囊联合米索前列醇直肠给药对足月妊娠计划分娩效果良好，有效的促宫颈成熟，缩短产程，降低剖官产率，对母儿无不良影响，值得在产科临床推广应用。

Clinical research about effect of microminiature water balloon combined with misoprostol per recturn for delivery of full-term pregnancy

Objective To investigate the effect of micmminiature water balloon combined with misoprestol per rectum for delivery of full-term pregnancy. Methods 305 full-term pregnant women with planned delivery were divided into three groups at random.Tbe observation group （n-99） was given microminiature water balloon combined with misoprostol per rectum.The first control group （n=96） was only given misoprostol per rectum. The second control group （n=110） was given 0.5% oxytecin in a continuous infusion.Their results were taken a comparative study,including the cervical ripening,dilivery process,delivery ways and the condition of the newborn. Results The observation group was better than other groups for cervical ripening（P 〈 0.05）.Time from induction to the onset of regular contraction activity of the uterus in the observation group was significantly shorter than other groups （P 〈 0.05 ）.The rates of cesarean section and the total stage of labor between the observation and the first control group were not statistically significant（P 〉 0.05）,but they were significantly different from the second control group.There were no significant differences among the groups in neonatal asphyxia and amount of postpartum blood loss. Conclusions The efficiency of microminiature water balloon combined with misoprostol per rectum for delivery of full-term pregnancy was better than other groups.It has a short delivery process and shows no side effects on both mother and fetus,which is worthy of popularizing in obstetrics.
