光棒与普通喉镜在鼾症病人气管插管中的比较

目的比较光棒和普通喉镜在鼾症病人气管插管中的应用效果。方法拟行气管内插管鼾症患者50例,随机均分为光棒组(A组)和普通喉镜组(B组)。记录在快速全麻诱导下两组病人首次插管成功率、插管时间、并发症等。结果 A、B组插管成功率都为100%,插管时间分别为(20.1±5.7)s和(33.4±7.1)s(P<0.05),A组插管后的血压,心率变化值上均小于B组。结论光棒插管在鼾症病人气管插管中成功率高、并发症少,用于鼾症病人插管更安全。

Light wand with ordinary laryngoscope in tracheal intubation in snoring patients comparison

Objective To compare the effect of the Light Wand and laryngoscope during tracheal intubation of snoring patients.Methods Fifty snoring patients requiring tracheal intubation were randomly allocated to either the Light Wand group(group A)or the Laryngoscope group(group B).The success ratio for the first attempt and total intubation,the duration and intubation and the complications were observed and written down.Results The successful rates of total tracheal intubation were both 100% in group A and group B.The duration of intubation in group A and group B was(20.1±5.7)s and(33.4±7.1)s respectively(P<0.05).(P<0.05)The change of heart rate and blood pressure of group A is more softly than group B.Conclusion Light Wand is safe method for snoring patients in tracheal intubation with high success ration and few complications.
