医院党建项目品牌化建设的实践探索

摘    要:以浙江大学医学院附属第四医院党建项目品牌化建设实践为例,通过“项目培育,文化融合,学科共促”为内涵的党建项目创建,对党建项目品牌建设所产生的内外效应和价值进行分析,探讨如何将党建项目的品牌效应转化为加强医院文化建设和推动医院高质量发展的“红色引擎”,为推进公立医院党建工作提供可借鉴的经验。

Practice of brand-building of Party construction in our hospital

Abstract:This article introduces the experience in the brand-building of Party construction in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine.The program is featured by“Project development,Culture Integration,and Discipline Promotion”and its internal and external effects and values on the brand-building of the Party construction was analyzed to explore how to transform these effects into a“Red Engine”in strengthening culture construction and promoting high-quality development in our hospital,and provide reference for promoting Party construction in public hospitals.
