基于德尔菲法构建医学院校教师教学质量评价档案

摘    要:目的 构建教师教学质量评价档案。方法?采用德尔菲法确定教师教学质量评价档案的组成,明确档案中教学质量综合评价得分的量化构成。结果 专家积极系数为100%,专家权威系数为0.85。评价档案组成的专家一致性系数在0.24~0.32(所有P值均< 0.01),包括5种不同主体的评教信息。教学质量综合评价得分各组成权重的专家一致性系数为0.47~0.92(所有P值均< 0.01),权重为校级督导评教40%,院级督导评教20%,学生评教40%。结论 本研究构建的教学质量评价档案体系有较好的实用价值,但仍需在实际应用中进一步验证和完善。

Abstract:Objective To build a teaching quality evaluation portfolio for faculty.Methods Using Delph’s method to define the framework of the portfolio,and to pinpoint the composition of the comprehensive evaluation score.Results The positive coefficient was 100%,authority coefficient was 0.85.Regarding the portfolio’s framework,the Kendall’s w was measured between 0.24 and 0.32(with all P values≤0.01),including the data obtained from 5 different subject-initiated teaching assessments.Regarding the composition of the comprehensive evaluation score,the Kendall’s w was measured between 0.47 and 0.92(with all P values≤0.01),school-level supervisor-conducted teaching assessment taking 40%,college-level supervisor-conducted teaching assessment taking 20%,and student-conducted teaching assessment taking 40%.Conclusion The evaluation portfolio system constructed in the study has a promising future in practice,but it still needs further verification and improvement.
