The Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery on Ovarian Cancer and its Influence on Peripheral Blood T Lymphocytes

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopy in the treatment of ovarian cancer and the influence of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,a total of 66 patients with ovarian cancer were randomly divided into two groups,one was treated with laparoscopy as the study group,the other was treated with conventional open surgery as the control group,the therapeutic effect,peripheral blood T lymphocyte levels were compared,the operative time,first anal exhaust time,length of hospital stay and amount of bleeding were compared.Results The treatment effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,the first anal exhaust time,and the hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Intraoperative bleeding was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian cancer can effectively improve the level of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood,shorten the operation time,the first anal exhaust time,and the hospitalization time,and the treatment effect is remarkable.
