观察ICU危重颅脑损伤患者行亚低温康复护理对NIHSS的影响

目的 分析探究将亚低温康复护理模式应用于ICU危重颅脑损伤中对患者NIHSS评分所产生的影响。方法 选择医院2020年1—10月于ICU中收治的危重颅脑损伤作为研究对象，选取对象共计52例，选用方便抽样法划分为两组，即对照组、观察组，对照组选用常规护理，观察组则以常规护理为基础应用亚低温康复护理，对比分析护理效果，以患者护理干预前后NIHSS评分、凝血功能指标、并发症发生概率、日常生活活动能力及认知功能评分作为具体观察指标。结果 并发症发生概率对比结果为观察组低于对照组，数值对比差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；两组患者凝血功能指标对比结果为观察组所得数值相较于对照组具有明显优势，所得数值对比差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；干预前，两组患者NIHSS评分对比差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）；干预后，以对照组评估结果为参照，观察组NIHSS评分较低，数值对比差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；干预前，对比评估对照组、观察组患者日常生活活动能力评分、认知功能评分差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）；干预后日常生活活动能力评分及认知功能评分对比结果为观察组...

Observation on NIHSS of Patients With Critical Craniocerebral Injury in ICU Undergoing Hypothermia Rehabilitation

Objective To analyze and explore the impact of applying mild hypothermia rehabilitation nursing model to ICU patients with severe head injury on the NIHSS score. Methods Critical head injury patients admitted to the ICU from January to October 2020 in our hospital was selected as the research object. A total of 52 cases were selected. The convenient sampling method was used to divide them into two groups, namely control group, observation group. The control group was selected conventional nursing care, while the observation group was applied mild hypothermia rehabilitation nursing based on routine nursing. The nursing effect was compared and analyzed. NIHSS score, blood coagulation function index, complication probability,activity of daily living ability and cognitive function score before and after nursing intervention were used as a specific observation indicator.Results The comparison of the probability of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The comparison results of the coagulation function indexes of the two groups of patients showed that the values obtained in the observation group had obvious advantages compared with the control group, and the differences in the values obtained were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the NIHSS score between the two groups(P > 0.05);after the intervention,the NIHSS score in the observation group was lower based on the evaluation results of the control group, there was a statistically significant difference in the numerical comparison(P < 0.05);before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of activities of daily living and cognitive function between the control group and the observation group(P > 0.05). The comparison results of activity ability score and cognitive function score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Giving mild hypothermia rehabilitation nursing to patients with severe head injury in ICU is beneficial to improve the degree of neurological deficits,and has definite effects in improving patients’ daily life and cognitive function, and it is worthy of promotion.
