综合护理干预对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的效果观察

目的 探讨观察对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者手术治疗，手术前后给予综合护理干预工作对患者临床的治疗效果。方法 选取医院2019年1月—2020年12月收治的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者68例，随机分为观察组34例给予综合护理干预，常规组34例给予常规护理，对两组患者护理效果、术后疼痛、髋关节功能评分及护理满意度效果进行对比分析。结果 观察组术后VAS评分明显低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。护理后观察组SDS和SAS评分明显低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。护理后观察组Harris评分和Barthel指数均明显提高，观察组明显高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。观察组并发症发生率为8.82%明显低于常规组的29.41%，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。观察组护理满意度94.12%明显高于常规组的76.47%，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者给予护理干预，有利于患者恢复，减轻术后疼痛，改善髋关节功能，提高护理满意度。

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients With Intertrochanteric Fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture before and after operation. Methods A total of 68 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures who were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group with 34 cases and given comprehensive nursing intervention, and routine group with 34 cases with routine nursing. Nursing effect, postoperative pain, hip function scores and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed. Results The postoperative VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After nursing, the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After nursing, the Harris score and Barthel index of the observation group were significantly improved, and the observation group was significantly higher than the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.82%, which was significantly lower than that in the routine group, which was 29.41%, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.12%, which was significantly higher than that of the routine group, which was 76.47%, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture is conducive to the recovery of patients, reducing postoperative pain, improving hip joint function and improving nursing satisfaction.
