摘    要:下肢生物力学因素的改变可导致膝关节内外侧负荷分配的改变,使膝关节一侧的应力增加,是导致膝关节慢性疼痛的主要因素,纠正膝关节异常生物力学已经成为了改善膝关节慢性疼痛的研究热点.本文就引起膝关节疼痛的膝关节生物力学参数及其测量、矫形器对膝关节生物力学的影响进行综述.

Abstract:The change of biomechanical factors of lower limbs can lead to the change of the load distribution of the inside and outside of the knee joint and increase the stress on one side of the knee joint, which is the main factor leading to the chronic knee pain. Correcting the abnormal biomechanics of the knee joint has become a research hotspot to improve the chronic knee pain. In this paper, biomechanics parametrers of knee joint the causing knee pain and its measurement and the effect of orthotics on biomechanics of knee joint are summarized.
