Clinical effect of vitamin A+Yupingfeng granule+salmeterol and ticasone in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vitamin A+Yupingfeng granule+salmeterol and ticasone in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 80 children with bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects.According to the random digital table method,the children were divided into control group and research group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given salmeterol and ticasone treatment,and the research group was added with vitamin A soft capsule and Yupingfeng granule on the basis of the control group.The serum inflammatory cytokines(IL-10、IL-13、IL-17)levels,cellular immune factors(CD4⁺、CD8⁺),lung ventilation function indexes(PA-aDO₂、PImax、Qs/Qt)before and after treatment and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the IL-10,IL-13,IL-17 levels and CD4⁺,CD8⁺,PA-aDO₂,PImax,Qs/Qt between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-10 and IL-13 increased significantly and the level of IL-17 decreased significantly in the two groups,and those in the research group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4⁺increased significantly and CD8⁺decreased significantly in the two groups,and those in the research group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PA-aDO₂ and Qs/Qt significantly decreased and PImax significantly increased in the two groups,and those in the research group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the research group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 77.50% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The vitamin A+Yupingfeng granule+salmeterol and ticasone in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma can significantly improve the inflammatory factors indexes,immune factors and lung ventilation function indexes levels,which has significant clinical application value.
