通心络胶囊联合温针灸疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果

目的 探讨通心络胶囊联合温针灸疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床效果。方法 选取我院2019年10月至2020年10月收治的326例DPN患者，随机将其分为对照组与观察组，各163例。对照组给予西医基础药物治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予通心络胶囊联合温针灸疗法治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果 治疗后，两组的肢端疼痛、肢端麻木、肢体寒凉、感觉减退评分及TCSS评分均降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的正中神经、腓总神经、胫神经的SCV及MCV均升高，且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的显效率及治疗总有效率均高于对照组（P<0.05）。两组的不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 通心络胶囊联合温针灸疗法治疗DPN的临床效果显著，可改善中医证候评分、神经电生理指标，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with warm needle moxibustion therapy in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with warm needle moxibustion therapy in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of 326 DPN patients treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 163 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Tongxinluo capsule combined with warm needle moxibustion therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the limb pain,limb numbness,limb coldness,hypoesthesia scores and TCSS score in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SCV and MCV of median nerve,common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate and total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with warm needle moxibustion therapy in the treatment of DPN has a significant clinical effect,it can improve the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and neuroelectrophysiological indexes,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
