Effect of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizate and Polyene Phosphatidycholine in Fatty Liver

Objective To investigate and compare the clinical efficacy of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of patients with fatty liver.Methods A total of 60 patients with fatty liver who were enrolled in our hospital from December 2018 to April 2021 were divided into two groups according to the digital classification table method,with 30 patients in each group.The reference group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine,and the observation group was treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate.The therapeutic effects were compared.Results Compared with the reference group,the blood lipid level of the observation group was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and glutamyl transferase(GGT)in the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group and the observation group was 30.00%and 3.33%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with fatty liver in the application of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate,the blood lipid levels and liver function were significantly improved,significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions,but also can relieve the clinical symptoms,ensure that patients is safe and effective drug use,application effect is more apparent than polyene phosphatidylcholine,which has promote the value and significance.
