人工半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效分析

目的 采用人工半髋关节置换手术对股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者疗效、疼痛度及髋关节功能的影响分析。方法 选取2018年1月—2020年12月本院诊治股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者80例临床资料，按随机数字表分两组，对照组予以股骨近端防旋髓内钉固定，研究组予以人工半髋关节置换手术，分析两组疗效、疼痛度、髋关节功能及并发症情况。结果 治疗后，研究组总有效是97.50%,比对照组的77.50%高，差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.314,P <0.05）；且研究组术后1周疼痛度评分（2.32±0.62）分，术后1个月（1.35±0.56）分，均低于对照组的（3.58±1.03）、（2.01±0.84）分，差异有统计学意义（t=6.629、4.135,P <0.05）；且研究组术后1周髋关节功能（72.26±5.26）分，术后1个月（76.27±4.23）分，均高于对照组的（63.58±5.92）、（72.36±3.68）分，差异有统计学意义（t=6.932、4.411,P <0.05）；研究组2例（5.00%）发生并发症，低于对照组11例（27.50%），差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.440,P&...

Analysis of Curative Effect of Artificial Hemi-hip Replacement in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures of Femur in the Elderly

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of artificial hemiarthroplasty in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures and its effects on curative effect,pain degree and hip joint function.Methods Selected the clinical data of 80 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group was treated with intramedullary nailing with proximal femoral nail anti-rotation,and the study group was treated with artificial hemiarthroplasty.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,hip joint function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total rate of effective treatment in the study group was 97.50%,higher than 77.50%in the control group(χ²=7.314,P<0.05).The pain scores in the study group were(2.32±0.62)points 1 week after operation and(1.35±0.56)points 1 month after operation,both lower than(3.58±1.03)points and(2.01±0.84)points in the control group(t=6.629,4.135,P<0.05).The hip function scores in the study group were(72.26±5.26)points 1 week after surgery and(76.27±4.23)points 1 month after surgery,both higher than those in the control group,which were(63.58±5.92)and(72.36±3.68)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.932,4.411;P<0.05).There were 2 cases(5.00%)who suffered from complications in the study group,less than the 11 cases(27.50%)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ²=7.440,P<0.05).Mental function(86.32±5.29)points,body function(85.36±5.32)points,social function(86.35±5.24)points,general health(86.12±5.63)points in the study group,were higher than(71.76±4.98),(72.32±5.32),(71.35±5.29),(73.57±5.29)points in the control group(t=12.675,10.962,12.741,10.274,P<0.01).Conclusion For elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures,artificial hemiarthroplasty can help relieve their postoperative pains,improve their hip joint function,and reduce the incidence of complications.Therefore,it is with significant value to be popularized in clinical applications.
