整体护理联合CICARE沟通模式在冠心病患者中的应用效果评价

目的 探讨整体护理联合CICARE沟通模式在冠心病患者护理中的应用效果。方法 采用半随机法，将2020年5—10月笔者所在科室符合纳入和排除标准的120例冠心病患者分为试验组和对照组，各60例。对照组患者按照冠心病护理常规进行护理，试验组患者在进行整体护理的基础上采用CICARE沟通模式进行沟通。比较两组患者住院满意度评价和健康教育知识知晓率。结果 试验组患者在住院满意度评价的六个维度中，沟通、安全、指导、护理、护理技术五个维度评价得分结果优于对照组（P <0.05），两组患者对物理环境评价得分，差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。试验组患者健康教育知晓率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.01）。结论 整体护理联合CICARE沟通模式，能够提高冠心病住院患者满意度和健康教育知晓率。

The Application Effect of Holistic Nursing Combined With CICARE Communication Mode in Patients With Coronary Disease

Objective This study was to explore the application effect of holistic nursing model combined with CICARE communication model in patients who diagnosed with coronary heart disease.Methods Using the semi-random method,120 patients with coronary heart disease who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria from May to October 2020 were divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 cases in each.Patients in the control group received routine care of coronary heart disease,and the patients in the experimental group undergo holistic care combined with CICARE communication mode.The hospitalization satisfaction evaluation and health education awareness rate of the two groups were compared.Results Among the six dimensions of hospitalization satisfaction evaluation,the experimental group had better evaluation scores on communication,safety,guidance,nursing,and nursing technology than the control group(P<0.05).Two groups had no statistically significant on physical environment evaluation scores(P>0.05).The health education awareness rate of the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Holistic nursing combined with CICARE communication mode can improve the satisfaction of inpatients with coronary artery disease and the awareness rate of health education.
