《养老机构服务安全基本规范》强制性国家标准的实施见解

随着我国人口老龄化的加重，机构养老的社会需求日益增加，其在我国养老服务体系中发挥着重要的支撑作用。为了加强对养老机构的服务质量监管，2019年底我国颁布了养老服务领域的第一项强制性国家标准——《养老机构服务安全基本规范》，从2022年1月1日起将全面实施。文章结合笔者在养老机构中贯彻与实施《养老机构服务安全基本规范》强制性国家标准的工作经验，分析研究落实该国家标准的具体方式方法，从而为推动该国家标准的实施、养老机构的改革以及医养结合的发展提供参考，以期助推养老服务质量的提升，确保机构老年人的安全。

Analysis of Implementing Mandatory National Standards of Basic Specification of Service Safety for Senior Care Organization

With the acceleration of aging population of China,the social demand for institutional senior care is increasing,which plays an important role in China’s senior care service system.In order to strengthen the supervision of the quality of senior care services in institutions,the first mandatory national standard in the field of senior care services in China,which called Basic Specification of Service Safety for Senior Care Organization,was promulgated at the end of 2019 and will be fully implemented from January 1,2022.Combining the author’s work experience of implementing this mandatory national standard in the senior care institution,this article analyzed methods of implementing this national standard,so as to promote the implementation of it and the reform of integrating senior care with medical care in institutions.This helps to promote the improvement of the quality of senior care services and ensure the safety of the elderly in institutions.
