Abstract: | Performance appraisal of public hospitals is vital to the comprehensive reform of public hospitals in China and also a key measure to promote the development of hospitals.In recent years,an increasing number of hospitals have realized the role of national tertiary public hospital performance appraisal in hospital management and actively attempted to establish an internal performance appraisal system based on the national tertiary public hospital performance appraisal indicators.In order to meet the needs of health reform and development in China and further explore the internal potentials of hospitals,our hospital has gradually developed an internal development system in line with the actual situation of the hospital based on the national performance evaluation guidelines for tertiary public hospitals.By optimizing the internal management system,implementing target management,and utilizing medical quality management tools,our hospital has established a sustainable development path adapted to the national performance evaluation indicators for public tertiary hospitals.As a result,the operation mode as well as its quality and efficiency have been continuously improved,with notable preliminary results. |
