High-quality development of a municipal public hospital based on modern hospital management

Municipal public hospitals need to keep pace with the new era and establish modern hospital management systems.Transitions from scale to quality and efficiency,from rough management to refined management,and from emphasis on material to human resource management in resource allocation will promote high-quality development of public hospitals.This article introduces the major measures to realize high-quality hospital development in Huai’an First Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University,including building discipline brands,improving the level of refined management,and innovating human resource management methods.The proposals that discipline construction should be the top priority,refined operation be the backbone of sustainable development,and the added value of human resources be the cornerstone of high-quality development will provide evidence for the high-quality development of municipal public hospitals.
