持续质量改进用于儿科质量管理的作用

目的 分析持续质量改进方法用于儿科护理质量管理的作用。方法 患儿诊治时间介于2018年11月—2020年10月，共计儿科患者142例。以随机法为准，A组计入患儿例数73例，予以持续质量改进方法 ；B组计入患儿例数69例，予以常规护理方法。对比护理整体性效果。结果 A组的并发症总发生率计算值为6.85%,B组计算值为13.04%，差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）;A组的各个意外事件发生率均低于B组，且意外事件总发生率计为1.37%,B组总发生率计为26.09%，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）;A组的各项护理质量评分均较B组评分升高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;A组家属的护理满意度是97.26%,B组是84.06%，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 在儿科护理管理中加用持续质量改进方法可以显著提升护理安全性，且能优化护理质量，获得家属的高度满意。

The Role of Continuous Quality Improvement in Pediatric Quality Management

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement in pediatric nursing quality management. Methods A total of 142 pediatric patients were diagnosed and treated from November 2018 to October 2020. According to the random method, group A was included 73 cases of children and received continuous quality improvement;group B was included 69 cases of children and received routine nursing methods. The holistic effect of nursing was compared. Results The total complication rate of group A was 6.85%, and that of group B was 13.04%, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);the incidence of various accidents in group A was lower than that in group B, and the overall incidence of accidents was 1.37% and 26.09% in group B, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the scores of nursing quality in group A were higher than those in group B, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the nursing satisfaction of family members in group A was 97.26%, and that in group B was 84.06%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement in pediatric nursing management can significantly improve the safety of nursing, and can optimize the quality of nursing, and obtain the high satisfaction of family members.
