Application Value Analysis of Irregular Antibody Inspection Before Transfusion

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of irregular antibody test before blood transfusion,thereby guiding and guaranteeing the safety of clinical blood transfusion.Methods Chose 535 patients with blood transfusion treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2021,and all patients with irregular antibody examination before blood transfusion,analyzed the positive rate and type of irregular antibody of patients.Results The irregular antibody positive rate of 535 patients was 3.18%.The irregular antibody positive rate of male patients was 0.98%,women were 6.14%,of which had a positive rate of 8.89%of pregnancy,2.15%positive rate of no pregnancy.The positive rate of irregular antibody of patient with blood transfer history was 4.36%,no blood transfer history was 1.05%.The difference in data all had statistical significance(P<0.05).17 cases of irregular antibody patients were mainly anti-C type,anti-D type,anti-E type,anti-M type and non-specific antibodies.Among them,the proportion of anti-E type(29.41%)and anti-M(35.29%)was most.After blood transfusion,2 cases of non-performing blood transfusion in patients were observed,accounting for 0.37%,including 1 case of allergies and 1 case of fever.After the treatment,they were improved,it did not affect the patient treatment.Conclusion An irregular antibody examination before blood transfusion is of great significance for ensuring blood transfusion safety,improving blood transfusion efficacy,reducing or preventing hemolysis,etc.
