Application effect of graded nursing intervention in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Objective To explore the application effect of graded nursing intervention in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted from January2019 to October 2020 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group implemented graded nursing intervention. The intervention effect, blood indexes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of intervention in the experimental group was 98.00%, which was higher than 82.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the BUN level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the Hb level was higher than that in the control group, the APTT, TT and PT were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 94.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Graded nursing intervention has high application value in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. It can improve the intervention effect, ameliorate blood indexes and improve nursing satisfaction.
