Application effect of crisis management infiltration risk pre-control emergency nursing of elderly patients with severe heart failure

Objective To investigate the application effect of crisis management infiltration risk pre-control emergency nursing of elderly patients with severe heart failure. Methods A total of 106 elderly patients with severe heart failure were selected as the research objects. The patients treated from January 2018 to March 2019 were taken as control group(53 cases, routine emergency nursing), and the patients treated from April 2019 to June 2020 were taken as intervention group(53 cases, crisis management infiltration risk pre-control emergency nursing). The first aid success rate, time indexes, clinical indexes and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The first aid success rate in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). The first aid time and hospital stay in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05). At discharge, DBP, SBP and HR in the two groups decreased, and those in the intervention group were lower than the control group(P <0.05). The scores of physiological function, physiological function, overall health, vitality and social function in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The crisis management infiltration risk pre-control emergency nursing applied in elderly patients with severe heart failure can significantly improve the first aid success rate, shorten the first aid time and hospital stay, and improve the clinical indexes and the quality of life of patients.
