关节骨关节炎患者胫股关节软骨的磁共振变化

摘    要:目的 探讨关节骨关节炎患者胫股关节软骨的磁共振影像学变化情况。方法 以我院于2018年12月—2020年12月收治的183例膝关节骨关节炎患者为例,通过对照分析,比较三组男性人群和女性人群的内外侧股骨踝受力区、非受力区的胫股关节软骨厚度以及关节软骨接触面积、内外侧股骨踝横径。结果 三组男性、女性内侧股骨髁受力区和非受力区比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组外侧股骨髁的受力区和非受力区比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);三组男性、女性关节软骨接触面积比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),三组内外侧股骨髁横径比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 关节受到较大的压力压迫之后,通过磁共振影像技术进行诊断,可以发现骨关节炎早期患者的胫股关节软骨接触面积明显减少,可以为骨关节炎早期诊断提供帮助。

Abstract:Objective To explore the magnetic resonance imaging changes of tibiofemoral articular cartilage in patients with articular osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 183 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were admitted in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 as an example,through comparative analysis,the thickness of tibiofemoral articular cartilage,the contact area of articular cartilage and the transverse diameter of medial and lateral femoral ankle in the stressed area and non stressed area of medial and lateral femoral ankle of three groups of men and women were compared.Results Male and female medial femoral condyle stress area and non stress area:there was significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05).The stress area and non stress area of lateral femoral condyle:there was significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05).The contact area of male and female articular cartilage:there was significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05),and the transverse diameter of medial and lateral femoral condyle:there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion After the joint is compressed by greater pressure,the MRI can find that the contact area of tibiofemoral joint cartilage in patients with early osteoarthritis is significantly reduced,which can provide help for the early diagnosis of osteoarthritis.
