基于FTS理念的预见性护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果

目的 探讨基于加速康复外科（FTS）理念的预见性护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年1月至2018年4月我院收治的78例老年股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组，各39例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施基于FTS理念的预见性护理。比较两组的疼痛程度、焦虑状态、髋关节功能、不良事件发生情况、护理满意度、临床指标。结果 术后72 h，观察组的VAS、SAS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。术后6个月，观察组的Harris评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的不良事件总发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的手术时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 基于FTS理念的预见性护理可缓解老年股骨颈骨折患者的疼痛程度，改善焦虑状态及髋关节功能，减少不良事件的发生，提高护理满意度，改善临床指标。

Application effect of predictive nursing based on FTS concept in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture

Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing based on fast track surgery(FTS)concept in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods A total of 78 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented predictive nursing based on FTS concept.The degree of pain,anxiety state,hip function,occurrence of adverse events,nursing satisfaction and clinical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results At 72 h after operation,the VAS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,the Harris score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,fracture healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing based on FTS concept can alleviate the degree of pain in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture,ameliorate the anxiety state and hip function,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,improve the nursing satisfaction,and ameliorate the clinical indexes.
