Analysis of MRI Signs of Wrist Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To explore the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)signs analysis of wrist rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of ninety-four patients with suspected wrist rheumatoid arthritis(RA)who were treated in this hospital from March 2018 to October 2020 were enrolled in the study.84 cases were RA and 10 cases were non-RA.On this basis,patients underwent MRI scan+enhance scan and analyzed MRI signs.Results MRI signs of wrist RA showed that 80 cases of synovial thickening,54 cases of tendinitis,51 cases of bone erosion,80 cases of pannus enhancement,66 cases of bone marrow edema,56 cases of joint effusion.Except for joint effusion,the difference between the RA group and the non-RA group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of MRI for scanning diagnosis of wrist RA can further improve the reliability of the diagnosis.At the same time,this method has become the main method for detecting RA.Early RA can be differentiated through the analysis of signs of related indicators.
