飞秒激光辅助与传统超声乳化白内障手术的效果对比研究

目的 探析飞秒激光辅助与传统超声乳化白内障手术对白内障患者治疗效果比较。方法 选取60例于2018年1月—2019年1月就诊的白内障患者，根据随机数字表法分为A组和B组，每组30例。A组接受传统超声乳化+人工晶状体植入术治疗，B组患者采用飞秒激光+人工晶状体植入术治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗效果差异。结果 A组患者前囊切开直径大于B组，囊膜大小大于B组，手术时间短于B组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。A组患者术后1个月出现人工晶体偏移例数多于B组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。A组患者术后1 d、术后1个月及术后1年各时间段囊膜居中例数少于B组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。两组患者术后1 d和1个月时眼部不适感较明显，随后眼部不适感逐步减轻，B组是在术后1 d、1个月以及1年评分显著低于A组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。B组术后角膜内皮丢失量在术后1 d、1个月、1年时均低于A组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论白内障行飞秒激光辅助手术治疗的效果显著，且安全性高，能够远期有效控制病情发展，具有显著的临床应用价值。

Comparative Study of Femtosecond Laser Assisted Cataract Surgery and Traditional Phacoemulsification

Objective To investigate the effect of femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery and traditional phacoemulsification.Methods A total of 60 cataract patients treated from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Group A was treated with traditional phacoemulsification+IOL(Intraocular lens)implantation,and group B was treated with femtosecond laser+IOL implantation.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The diameter of anterior capsule incision in group A was larger than that in group B,the size of capsule membrane was greater than that in group B,and the operation time was shorter than that in group B,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The number of intraocular lens offset in group A was more than that in group B one month after operation,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The median number of cysts in group A at 1 day,1 month and 1 year after surgery was less than that in group B,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Eye discomfort was more obvious in the two groups 1 day and 1 month after surgery,and then gradually relieved.The score of group B was significantly lower than that of group A 1 day,1 month and 1 year after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative corneal endothelial loss in group B was lower than that in group A at 1 day,1 month and 1 year after surgery,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Femtosecond laser assisted surgery for cataract has significant effect and high safety.It can effectively control the development of the disease in the long term,and has significant clinical value.
