循证护理干预对老年糖尿病足患者心理的影响

目的 探究循证护理对老年糖尿病足患者心理的影响。方法 经本院伦理委员会批准和患者及其家属同意后，选取 2019年 1 月—2020 年 1 月在本院治疗的老年糖尿病足患者 120 例，按照数字随机法随机分为常规组与循证组，各 60 例。常规组行常规护理，循证组行循证护理，对比各指标变化。结果 循证组空腹血糖、餐后 2 h 血糖、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分、平均住院时间分别为(5.73±0.72)mmol/L、(9.34±1.33)mmol/L、(7.23±1.00) 分、(7.12±0.98) 分、(17.25±2.56)d， 均 低 于 常规组(t=6.146、10.310、5.214、9.242、9.265,P < 0.001)。循证组日常生活能力、生活质量、糖尿病足知识掌握情况评分分别为(88.35±9.67)、(89.23±9.21)、(96.28±6.39)分，均高于常规组(t=4.529、6.238、12.750,P < 0...

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing Intervention on Psychology of Elderly Patients With Diabetic Foot

Objective To explore the psychological effect of evidence-based nursing on elderly diabetic foot patients.Methods After the approval of ethics committee of our hospital and the consent of patients and their families,120 elderly diabetic foot patients treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,conventional group and evidence-based group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the evidence-based nursing was performed in the evidence-based group,and the changes of the indexes were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score and average hospital stay of evidence-based group were(5.73±0.72)mmol/L,(9.34±1.33)mmol/L,(7.23±1.00)points,(7.12±0.98)points and(17.25±2.56)d,respectively,which were lower than those of routine group(t=6.146,10.310,5.214,9.242,9.265,P<0.001).The scores of activity of daily living,quality of life and knowledge of diabetic foot in evidence-based group were(88.35±9.67),(89.23±9.21),(96.28±6.39)points,respectively,which were higher than those in routine group(t=4.529,6.238,12.750,P<0.001).The ulcer healing rate,amputation rate and incidence of adverse events in the evidence-based group were 96.67%,1.67%,3.33%,which were lower than those in the conventional group(χ²=5.926,6.982,4.904;P=0.015,0.008,0.027).The satisfaction rate of evidence-based group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%of routine group(χ²=5.926,P=0.015).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively control blood sugar,relieve bad mood,improve quality of life,daily life ability and apply ideal.
