Effects of acupoint acupuncture combined with parcetamol and codeine phosphate tablets and oxygen inhalation therapy on headache symptom and sleep quality in patients with tension-type headache

Objective To analyze the effects of acupoint acupuncture combined with parcetamol and codeine phosphate tablets and oxygen inhalation therapy on headache symptom and sleep quality in patients with tension-type headache.Methods A total of 90 patients with tension-type headache treated in our hospital from January 2019 to November 2019were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into routine group and observation group according to the difference of treatment scheme, with 45 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with routine parcetamol and codeine phosphate tablets + oxygen inhalation therapy, and the observation group was treated with acupoint acupuncture on the basis of the routine group. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, maximum blood flow velocity of ACA, MCA, PCA, VA and BA in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of NTF and 5-HT in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group, and the levels of Ang Ⅱ, MEK and IL-8 were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of VAS,PSQI, symptom, HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group, and the score of SF-36 was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint acupuncture combined with parcetamol and codeine phosphate tablets and oxygen inhalation therapy in patients with tension-type headache has a significant application effect, it can effectively ameliorate cerebral blood flow perfusion and cerebral neurotrophic indexes, alleviate clinical symptom and improve quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
