张冰教授治疗肿瘤术后患者经验

近年来，全球肿瘤发病率和死亡率快速增长。虽然目前手术切除、术后放化疗可有效治疗肿瘤，但患者术后正气受损、情志低落，放化疗副作用大，患者耐受差，严重影响到患者依从性和治疗效果。针对肿瘤术后患者，张冰教授在临床上常采用“调情志、筑长城、平内乱、护肝肾”的治疗原则，根据患者疾病的所处阶段进行辨证论治，结合现代医学研究，选择药性平和的中药，及时清除损伤患者正气的不利因素和急性病变，维护患者的阴阳平衡，减轻患者对肿瘤的恐惧，缓解患者不适症状，提高患者治疗依从性和生活质量，其学术思想和治疗经验值得在临床推广应用。

In recent years,the incidence rate and mortality of the tumor have increased rapidly around the world.Although surgical resection,radiotherapy and chemotherapy can effectively treat tumors,the patients’impaired healthy Qi,their low mood,the large side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and their poor tolerance after the operation,would seriously affect compliance and treatment effect.For patients after tumor surgery,Professor Zhang Bing often adopts the treatment principle of"regulating the emotions,building the Great Walls,calming down the internal disorder,protecting liver and kidney"in clinical practice.According to the stage of the patients’disease,the treatment is based on syndrome differentiation,using the mild medicine combined with modern medicine,so as to keep clear of injury patients vital Qi of disadvantage factors and acute lesions in patients with maintenance of a balance of Yin and Yang,alleviate the patients'discomfort symptoms,reduce the patients’fear of tumors,and improve the patient’s treatment compliance and quality of life.These academic thoughts and treatment experience are worthy of clinical application.
