Value of MRI scan in diagnosis of shoulder joint injury

Objective To explore the value of mri scan in the diagnosis of shoulder joint injury.Methods Sixty patients with shoulder injury treated in Liaocheng Third People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into MRI group and CT group,30 cases in each group.The CT group was diagnosed by CT examination,and the MRI group was diagnosed by MRI scan.The diagnostic accuracy and imaging quality of different methods for shoulder injury were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the diagnostic results of shoulder fracture between the two groups(P>0.05).The detection rates of shoulder soft tissue injury,joint effusion and rotator cuff tear in MRI group were higher than those in CT group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of imaging quality in MRI group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%in CT group(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI scan for patients with shoulder injury has higher diagnostic value,more comprehensive and accurate image data and higher image quality,providing more powerful auxiliary data analysis for the formulation of clinical diagnosis and treatment methods,and laying a good foundation for the later diagnosis and treatment,which is worth promoting.
