Application of High Resolution CT in Differential Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Pulmonary Ground Glass Nodules

Objective To analyze the application value of high resolution CT in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary ground glass nodules.Methods From October 2019 to November 2020,84 patients with CT signs of ground-glass pulmonary nodules were randomly selected from the patients treated in our hospital,and pathological diagnosis was performed on them.According to the results of the pathological diagnosis,the patients were classified as malignant Group(41 cases)and benign group(43 cases).Both groups were diagnosed with high-resolution CT.The CT signs and the diagnostic value of nodule images in the two groups were compared.Results In terms of CT signs,there was no significant difference in the size of the lesions,shape of the lesions,vacuole sign,bronchial sign,vascular bundle sign,and pleural depression sign between the two groups(P>0.05),but compared with the benign group,the detection rate of lobulation sign and burr sign was higher,and the lesion interface was rough,with obvious cystic translucent shadows,and the density of lesions was mostly mGGN,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the diagnostic value of nodule images for malignant tumors,compared with other nodule images,the lobulation sign has the highest sensitivity,the edge roughness specificity,the positive predictive value and the negative predictive value were the highest.And the cystic radiolucency had the lowest sensitivity and negative predictive value.The lowest,the burr feature had the lowest specificity and the lowest positive predictive value of density.Conclusion In clinical diagnosis of patients with pulmonary ground glass nodules,the use of high-resolution CT diagnosis,can provide accurate guidance for clinical differentiation of benign and malignant lesions,the application value is relatively high.
