Discussion on the Impact of Refined Process Management on the Level of Nosocomial Infection Control in Operating Rooms

Objective To explore the impact of the application of refined process management on the level of nosocomial infection control in the operating room.Methods The period from June 2018 to July 2020 was planned as the total study time,and 128 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the sample objects of this study in this time zone.Based on the time grouping rules,they were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group included 64 patients who received routine operating room management measures from June 2018 to June 2019.In the observation group,64 patients from July 2019 to July 2020 were treated with refined process management based on the control group.Analyzed and compared the two groups of subjects in the operating room infection prevention management indicators,postoperative infection rate,operating room sample qualification rate,and patient satisfaction with the quality of care.Results The sampling qualification rate of air culture,object surface and hand-related in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the qualified rate of disinfection in the operating room,qualified rate of air quality,and qualified rate of pollutants in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative infection in the observation group(3.19%)was significantly lower than 11.70%of the control group(P<0.05);and the satisfaction of observation group with regard to the quality of care(98.44%)was significantly higher than 82.81%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined process management measures in the operating room management has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the infection situation in the operating room,reduce the postoperative infection rate,reduce the unqualified rate of sample sampling in the operating room,and help to improve the infection control level and the quality of nursing in the operating room.It is worthy of further application and promotion.
