2型糖尿病肾病患者血脂水平的变化

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血脂异常与肾脏损害的关系.方法:采用病例对照研究的方法观察2型糖尿病、2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压和不合并高血压患者血脂水平的变化.结果:2型糖尿病肾病患者,无论是否合并高血压,其TG、LDL水平较无肾病者明显增高.合并高血压组较不合并高血压组,其TG、LDL水平明显增高.TC、HDL水平在三组之间无显著性差异.结论:糖尿病肾病患者脂代谢紊乱的程度明显高于无肾病者,并且在合并高血压的肾病患者更为显著.

The changes of serum lipid levels in 2 type diabetic nephropathy patients

Objective: To investigate the linkage between the dyslipidemia and the development of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Method: Case control study was used to observe the changes of serum lipid levels in type 2 diabetes patients and type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients with hypertension or normotension. Result: The levels of LDL and TG were elevated in type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients with hypertension or normotension. and the elevation was significant in the group with hypertension. The levels of TC and HDL have no significantly change between the three groups. Conclusion: Patients with diabetic nephropathy have a significantly abnormal lipid metabolism, especially in patients with hypertension.
