脑缺血后晚期糖基化终产物受体(RAGE)的表达

摘    要:目的通过人脑梗死组织标本,研究脑缺血后晚期糖基化终产物受体(RAGE)的表达情况。方法根据缺血时间,将人脑梗死组织标本切片,分为梗死<2 d组2、~5 d组和>5 d组。应用免疫组化法检测人脑组织标本中糖基化终产物受体(RAGE)的表达情况。结果免疫组化结果显示,各组人脑梗死组织切片中单位视野内患侧RAGE阳性细胞数与健侧比较均有极显著差异(P<0.01),其患侧和健侧阳性细胞数均随病程延长而增加。结论RAGE参与脑缺血损伤过程,RAGE的表达随着损伤时间的延长而增加,其表达可能与细胞凋亡有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of RAGE in human cerebral infarction specimens.Methods The is- chemic brain specimens were divided into three groups: 〈 2 days, 2- 5 days and 〉 5 days according to time course of cerebral ischemia. The exprcssion of RAGE was detected by Immunohistochemical method. Results Immunohistochemical results showed that the numbers of RAO - positive cells per vision in ischemic regions of each group have a very significant difference compared with in normal contralateral regions (P 〈 0.01 ), the numbers of RAGE- positive cells in both the ischemic and eontralateral regions increased according to the course extension. Conclusion RAGE participated in the ischemic brain injury.. The expression of RAGE may increase according to injury, time. The expression of RAGE may contribute to cell apoptosis.
