| 摘 要： | 目的分析SARS防治工作中,专家组对SARS相关病例的排查情况,为提高综合医院内SARS相关病例的诊治水平提供参考. 方法回顾性分析本院近2个月防治工作中275例SARS相关病例的专家组排查情况. 结果由多学科组成的专家组对医院SARS隔离观察病房的患者提供了及时、稳妥的诊断服务,保障了患者的诊治,提高了对SARS疾病的诊治水平. 结论充分发挥综合医院多学科的技术优势,有利于SARS患者的诊断和治疗,提高诊治水平,也有助于减少医务人员的SARS感染.

| Abstract: | Purpose; to analyze cases relevant to SARS discarded by experts groups in its diagnosis and treatment in order to offer reference to improve the ability for diagnosing and treating relevant SARS cases in general hospitals. Method: a retrospective analysis of 27S SARS related cases discarded by expert groups in the last 2 months was made. Result: timely and proper diagnosis services were offered to the isolated SARS cases by experts groups composed by multiple disciplines, the diagnosis and treatment to the patients were guaranteed and the ability for diagnosing and treating SARS cases were improved. Conclusion: to fully play the technical advantages of multiple disciplines in general hospital is beneficial to diagnosis and treatment to SARS patients and the improvement of diagnosis and treatment, and is also helpful to reduce SARS infectious rate among health care workers. |
