血清性激素水平在不孕症患者中的表达及意义

[目的]探讨血清中性激素水平在不孕症患者中的表达及意义.[方法]选取2013年8月至2015年12月在本院收治的不孕症患者48例(观察组),同时选取在本院进行健康体检妇女30例(健康对照组),比较两组患者血清性激素相关指标如促黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、睾酮(Testosterone,T)、孕酮(Progesterone,P)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、泌乳素(prolactin,PRL)及相关抗体如抗子宫内膜抗体(Endometrial antibody,EMAb)、抗精子抗体(Antisperm antibody,AsAb)、抗透明带抗体(Anti zona pellucida antibodies,AzpAb)、抗卵巢抗体(antiovary antibody,AoAb)表达水平.[结果]与对照组对比,观察组T、PRL水平明显升高,P、E2水平明显降低(P＜o.05);与对照组对比,观察组EMAb、AsAb、AzpAb、AoAb阳性表达率明显升高(P＜0.05).[结论]不孕症患者的血清T、PRL水平增高、P、E2水平下降,故检测血清中上述性激素和免疫抗体的变化对不孕症患者的诊治具有重要的临床指导意义.

Expression and Significance of Gonadal Hormone Levels in Infertility Patients

[Objective]To investigate the clinical value of the detection of serum donadal hormone levels in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.[Methods]A total of 48 cases of infertility patients from August 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital constituted the observation group.At the same time,30 cases of healthy women were selected as the healthy control group.The expression levels of serum sex hormone related factors such as luteinizing hormone (LH),follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),testosterone (T),progesterone (P),estradiol (E2),Prolactin (PRL) and related antibodies such as endometrial antibody (EMAb),antisperm antibody (AsAb),anti zona pellucida antibodies (AzpAb),anti-ovarian Antibody (antiovary antibody,AoAb) were observed and compared between the two groups.[Results]Compared to the control group,the T and PRL levels of the observation group were significantly increased,P and E2 levels were significantly reduced (P ＜0.05);while EMAb,AsAb,AzpAb and AoAb positive expression rate was significantly higher (P ＜0.05).[Conclusion] Sex hormone levels and positive expression of related antibodies have important clinical significance in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility patients.
