地佐辛与喷他佐辛在结直肠癌手术中的麻醉效果比较

目的] 比较地佐辛和喷他佐辛在结直肠癌手术中的麻醉效果.方法] 本院行手术治疗的结直肠癌患者90例,随机分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45).对照组采用喷他佐辛麻醉,观察组采用地佐辛麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果及安全性.结果] 两组麻醉起效时间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);观察组苏醒时间、定向力恢复时间,短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组丙泊酚用药量少于对照组(P<0.05);两组术前术后12 h视觉模拟评分(VAS)相比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);观察组术后1 h、2 h及4 h VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率8.89%(4/45),低于对照组的17.78%(8/45)(P<0.05).结论] 结直肠癌根治手术患者采用地佐辛麻醉效果理想,安全性较高,值得推广应用.

Application of Opioid Analgesic Drug Docetaxel in Clinical Anesthesia

Objective]To observe the clinical effect of docetaxel, an opioid analgesic, on clinical anesthesia.Methods]Ninety patients were randomly divided into the control group (n=45) and the observation group (n=45).The control group was treated with pentazocine anesthesia, while the observation group was treated with the opioid analgesic drug docetaxel.The anesthesia effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results]There was no significant difference in the onset time of anesthesia between the two groups (P>0.05).The time of awakening and orientation recovery was shorter in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05).The dosage of propofol in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups before surgery (P>0.05).In addition, there was no significant difference 12 hours after surgery.The VAS scores at 1 h, 2 h and 4 h post-operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 8.89%, which was lower than that in the control group, which was 17.78%.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion]The perioperative opioid analgesic effect of docetaxel is ideal and safe.It is worthy of popularization and application.
